Description

Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Bread Rolls are buttery, garlicky, and loaded with melted mozzarella — crisp on the outside and gooey in the middle. With just five simple ingredients and under 10 minutes, this is the easiest cheesy side dish or snack you'll make all week.

Ingredients

  • 2 large sub rolls
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir the shredded mozzarella, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning into the melted butter until combined.
  • Slice each sub roll in half lengthwise and spread the cheesy garlic mixture over the cut sides.
  • Place the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cut side up.
  • Air fry at 370°F for 4 to 7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden.
  • Remove, slice if desired, and serve warm.

Equipment

Notes

  • Don't overcrowd the basket — cook in batches if needed so the air can circulate.
  • Start checking at the 4-minute mark; air fryers vary in power.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan for extra flavor.
  • Reheat leftovers in the air fryer at 350°F for 2-3 minutes to restore crispness.
