Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cheddar cheese slices
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the cheese slices into triangles.
  • Crush the Doritos into fine crumbs in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
  • Mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Beat the eggs in a second bowl. Put the Doritos crumbs in a third bowl.

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add the frozen bites in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Rest 1 minute and serve warm with your favorite dip.
