Description

Air Fryer Cheddar Thyme Flaky Biscuits with golden, buttery layers, savory cheddar, and aromatic thyme—quick, easy, and delicious for any meal.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1-2 tablespoons thyme, diced

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 teaspoon granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1/4 cup butter.
  • Mix in the 1/4 cup cream, 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, and 1-2 tablespoons thyme, mix well.
  • Use your hands to knead the dough until it’s easily formed into biscuit shapes.
  • Set the biscuits into the air fryer, at air fryer temperature of 320 degrees F, and set cook time for 10-14 minutes.
