Ingredients
1cupall-purpose flour
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonbaking powder
2teaspoongranulated sugar
1/2teaspooncream of tartar
1/4cupbutter, unsalted
1/4cupcream
3tablespoonscheddar cheese, shredded
1-2tablespoonsthyme, diced
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 teaspoon granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar and 1/4 cup butter.
Mix in the 1/4 cup cream, 3 tablespoons cheddar cheese, and 1-2 tablespoons thyme, mix well.
Use your hands to knead the dough until it’s easily formed into biscuit shapes.
Set the biscuits into the air fryer, at air fryer temperature of 320 degrees F, and set cook time for 10-14 minutes.
