Discover how to make crispy, healthy Air Fryer Carrot Fries in minutes! A quick and easy side dish recipe, perfect for snacking or pairing with meals.

Ingredients 

  • 4 medium carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes.
  • Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into thin strips resembling fries.
  • Place the carrot strips in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Toss the carrots until evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
  • Arrange the seasoned carrot strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they're not overlapping. Cook in the preheated air fryer for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the carrot fries are crispy and golden brown.
  • Once done, remove the carrot fries from the air fryer basket and transfer them to a serving plate. If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the carrot fries for an extra flavorful touch.
  • Serve the carrot fries hot as a side dish or snack. They pair well with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them on their own!
