Ingredients
2cupsalmonds, about 10 oz raw whole almonds
1largeegg white
1tablespoonwater
1teaspoonvanilla extract
½cupgranulated sugar
½cupbrown sugar, packed
1tablespoonground cinnamon
¼teaspoonsalt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk the egg white, water, and vanilla until frothy.
Add the almonds and toss until evenly coated.
In a separate bowl, stir together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Pour the cinnamon sugar over the almonds and toss until fully coated.
Spread the almonds in a single layer in a parchment-lined or lightly greased air fryer basket.
Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for about 20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes.
Spread the almonds on a parchment-lined sheet to cool completely. They crisp up as they cool.
