This air fryer Cajun shrimp recipe is absolutely mouthwatering and bursting with flavor! With just a few ingredients, you'll have perfectly seasoned shrimp ready to enjoy!

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil. Toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over the shrimp and mix well to ensure they are evenly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • The shrimp should be pink and opaque when cooked through. If needed, cook for an additional minute or two.
  • Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing over the top.
