Wingstop's Cajun fried corn is a fan-favorite side, and this copycat recipe is quick, easy, and delivers that same delicious flavor you love from the restaurant!
Ingredients
4earsfresh corn, husked and cleaned
2tablespoonsoil, (like canola or olive oil)
2tablespoonsCajun seasoning
2tablespoonsbutter, melted
1teaspoonkosher salt, to taste
1teaspoonparsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200°C).
Cut each ear of corn into four pieces. Combine the corn pieces, oil, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Toss until the corn is fully coated. Place corn pieces into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer and not overcrowded.
Cook the corn for about 10-15 minutes, or until it's tender and slightly charred, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
Once the corn is cooked, carefully remove it from the air fryer and place it back into the bowl. Add the melted butter and toss until the corn is fully coated. Season with salt to taste, if needed. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if using, and serve warm.
