Try this delicious Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Pasta, a creamy, spicy, and comforting dish that’s quick and easy! Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a game day treat.
Ingredients
8ouncesPenne pasta, about 2 cups
5Frozen chicken tenders,
4ouncesCream cheese, half of an 8 oz block
1/2cupVegan buffalo dip
2tablespoonsFresh parsley, chopped, (for garnish)
Instructions
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the 8 ounces Penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the 5 Frozen chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through. Once done, slice the chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the 1/2 cup Vegan buffalo dip for 30-60 seconds or until warm. Alternatively, heat in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the 4 ounces Cream cheese and mix until smooth and creamy.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked pasta, crispy chicken, and buffalo cream sauce together. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Top with fresh 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley and enjoy!
