Description
Fudgy, poppable mini brownies made in the air fryer with just 3 ingredients. Ready in about 25 minutes.
Ingredients

box
brownie mix
2
large
eggs
1/3
cup
vegetable oil
,
plus water if your box calls for it
Cooking spray
Instructions
Prepare the brownie mix according to the package directions (choose the fudgy option if available).
Lightly grease a silicone egg-bite mold or mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
Fill each cavity about two-thirds full with batter.
Air fry at 350°F for 12–15 minutes, checking at 12 minutes.
Test with a toothpick — it should come out with a few moist crumbs. Add 2–3 minutes if needed.
Cool in the mold for a few minutes, then pop out, serve, and enjoy.

For a true 3-ingredient from-scratch version, whisk together 1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread, 2 eggs, and 1/2 cup flour, then bake as directed.
