Description

This Air Fryer Broccoli (Low Carb + Keto) makes one of the best air-fried roasted vegetables. It is straightforward, fast, and delicious. Air-fried broccoli is one of my family's favorites, and it always comes out AMAZING!

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt, or your favorite keto seasoning

Instructions

  • Slice off the thick stem, then break apart the fluffy top into smaller pieces. You may need to cut off extra pieces of stem a second time.
  • Drizzle florets with a little olive oil, and your seasonings, and toss until every piece is coated.
  • Put broccoli in the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 350 degrees F. Air fry for 8-10 minutes.
  • Transfer the air fried broccoli to a platter and add any additional seasonings you prefer. Serve immediately and enjoy!
