This Air Fryer Broccoli (Low Carb + Keto) makes one of the best air-fried roasted vegetables. It is straightforward, fast, and delicious. Air-fried broccoli is one of my family's favorites, and it always comes out AMAZING!
Ingredients
1poundbroccoli florets
1/2tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonKosher salt, or your favorite keto seasoning
Instructions
Slice off the thick stem, then break apart the fluffy top into smaller pieces. You may need to cut off extra pieces of stem a second time.
Drizzle florets with a little olive oil, and your seasonings, and toss until every piece is coated.
Put broccoli in the air fryer basket and set the temperature to 350 degrees F. Air fry for 8-10 minutes.
Transfer the air fried broccoli to a platter and add any additional seasonings you prefer. Serve immediately and enjoy!
