Ingredients
1sheetpuff pastry, thawed
4slicesbacon, cooked bacon, chopped
1cupcheddar cheese, shredded
2tablespoonsbutter, softened
1tablespoonbrown sugar
½teaspoonchili flakes, optional
Instructions
Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to smooth out folds.
Spread softened butter over the puff pastry. Sprinkle with brown sugar and chili flakes (if using). Evenly scatter chopped bacon and shredded cheddar cheese over the pastry.
Gently roll the pastry into a tight log. Slice into 1-inch thick rounds.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the pinwheels in a single layer without overcrowding. Air fry at air fryer temperature of 350 degrees F (175°C) and set cook time for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and puffed.
