Ingredients
6wholeBranzino, about 1 pound each or 6 fillets
3tablespoonsOlive Oil
2wholeLemon, sliced (plus extra for serving)
4clovesGarlic, minced
1 1/2teaspoonsSalt
1teaspoonBlack Pepper
1teaspoonherbs, parsley, thyme, or dill (optional)
Instructions
Rinse 6 whole Branzino or fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. For whole fish, make 2–3 diagonal slits on each side.
Brush fish with 3 tablespoons Olive Oil then season with 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt, 1 teaspoon Black Pepper and 4 cloves Garlic Stuff whole fish with 2 whole Lemon slices and 1 teaspoon herbs, or place on top of fillets.
Preheat to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook whole fish for 12–15 minutes or fillets for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway if desired, until flesh flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the basket, garnish with additional lemon and herbs, and serve immediately.
