Notes

  • Cook pasta to al dente per package directions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining. Toss drained pasta with a drop of olive oil to keep it from sticking.
  • Prep the dish. Place unwrapped Boursin in the center of an air-fryer-safe dish. Scatter cherry tomatoes around the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Preheat air fryer to 320°F for 3 minutes.
  • Air fry at 320°F for 10–15 minutes, until the Boursin is soft and melting and the cherry tomatoes have burst.
  • Mash and mix. Use a spoon or fork to mash the softened Boursin into the tomato juices. Stir vigorously until smooth. Add 1–2 tablespoons of pasta water if too thick.
  • Add pasta. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until coated.
  • Serve immediately with fresh basil, parmesan, or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
