1cupcherry tomatoes
1teaspoonsea salt
½teaspoonred pepper flakes
½teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoonolive oil
2cupscooked short pasta, penne, rigatoni, cavatappi, or shells
Cook pasta to al dente per package directions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining. Toss drained pasta with a drop of olive oil to keep it from sticking.
Prep the dish. Place unwrapped Boursin in the center of an air-fryer-safe dish. Scatter cherry tomatoes around the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Preheat air fryer to 320°F for 3 minutes.
Air fry at 320°F for 10–15 minutes, until the Boursin is soft and melting and the cherry tomatoes have burst.
Mash and mix. Use a spoon or fork to mash the softened Boursin into the tomato juices. Stir vigorously until smooth. Add 1–2 tablespoons of pasta water if too thick.
Add pasta. Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until coated.
Serve immediately with fresh basil, parmesan, or a squeeze of lemon if desired.
