Description
Crispy, golden air fryer bologna in five minutes — no grease, no curling, no fuss. Perfect for a fried bologna sandwich or a quick savory snack.

Instructions
Cut a small "X" in the center of each slice of bologna with a paring knife. This prevents curling.
Arrange the bologna in a single layer in the air fryer basket, with no overlapping.
Air fry at 375°F for 5 to 6 minutes, until the edges are golden and slightly crisp.
Remove the bologna from the basket. Serve hot, on its own or stacked on toasted bread with your favorite sandwich fixings.

Notes
For thicker slices (over ¼ inch), add 1 to 2 minutes.
For paper-thin sandwich slices, check at 3 minutes.
To melt cheese on top, add a slice in the last minute of cooking.
Best eaten immediately — bologna loses its crispness as it cools.
