Description

Air Fryer Blueberry Streusel Crumble Pie -- Blueberry Streusel Crumble Pie is the perfect summer dessert. The pie crust on this pie is so buttery and flakey, and it's hard not to want to eat it all before you even get a chance to put in the blueberries! Once you taste how delicious this crumble topping is, you'll never go back to store-bought again.

Ingredients 

Pie:

  • 1 frozen pie crust, thawed
  • 42 ounces blueberry pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  • Start by using a frozen pie crust, and place it in the air fryer for 7 minutes at 325 degrees F, air fryer setting. As soon, as it is golden brown, remove it.
  • Meanwhile, make the pie filling (just mix it with cornstarch)  and pour it into the prepared crust.
  • Then make the topping in a small bowl mix together the melted butter, flour, and brown sugar.
  • Sprinkle on top of the pie filling.
  • Set the pie into the air fryer and set the temperature to 320 degrees F for 12 minutes. Check and make sure that the filling is hot. If not, add another few minutes.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
