In a large mixing bowl, cream the 1/2 cup butter and 3/4 cup granulated sugar together.
Then slowly mix in the 2 large eggs.
Then add the 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powderand mix well.
Mix until everything is well blended.
Spray an air fryer-safe pan with olive oil or cooking spray.
Use about 3/4’s of the dough for the bottom layer, spread it out. So, you get a thin crust.
Spread the b21 ounces blueberry pie filling over the top.
Scatter the dough over the pie,
Set in the air fryer oven or basket and set the cook time for 10 minutes at 320 degrees F, and then set the air fryer temperature to 300 degrees F, for another 10 minutes.
Let cool bore slicing into bars.
