Description

Air Fryer Blueberry Coffee Cake --Who doesn't love a moist, flavorful coffee cake? It's always a favorite! The best part about this recipe is that it has blueberries in the batter.

Ingredients 

  • 1 package Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoon oil, vegetable or canola oil
  • 1 cup blueberries, fresh

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the muffin mix, milk, egg, and oil.
  • Mix well
  • Fold in the blueberries if using.
  • Pour the batter into a prepared (sprayed with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray)
  • Set in the air fryer at 320 degrees F (air fryer setting) for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer, Air Fryer Basket or Air Fryer Oven
  • Baking Pan, Any baking pan that is slightly smaller than your air fryer basket, so the hot air can circulate around the pan.
  • Cooking Spray, or Non-Stick Cooking Spray
