Description

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon tabasco, optional
  • 1 tablespoon blackened seasoning
  • 1 lemon, diced into wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Deshelled all your shrimps and put them in a large mixing bowl. Pat dry with a paper towel. Add olive oil and optional Tabasco drops and mix to coat all shrimps.
  • In a small bowl, combine all dry spices. Sprinkle the Blackened Seasoning spice over the shrimps, mix to coat.  Put the coated shrimp into the air fryer basket, or air fryer tray, and set air fryer temperature to 370 degrees F, and set cook time for 6-8 minutes.
  • Serve with lemon wedges, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Homemade Blackened Seasoning Recipe:
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
