Description

Air fryer biscuit pizza with a crisp, fully cooked crust. Pre-cooking the biscuit dough before topping it is what keeps the center from staying raw. Ready in about 10 minutes with 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces refrigerated jumbo biscuits, (8 count)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Toppings of your choice, pepperoni, cooked sausage, peppers, onions
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 330°F for 3 minutes.
  • Separate the biscuits and roll each one out on a lightly floured surface to about 4–5 inches across and ¼ inch thick.
  • Lightly spray the basket or line it with parchment. Place the flattened rounds in a single layer without touching. Air fry at 330°F for 3 minutes.
  • Flip each crust over. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each, leaving a ¼-inch border. Top with mozzarella and your toppings.
  • Air fry at 330°F for 4–5 minutes, until the cheese is bubbling and the crust edges are golden.
  • Let rest 1 minute, then serve.

Equipment

  • Rolling Pin
  • Parchment liner or silicone liner

Notes

  • Do not crowd the basket — cook in two batches if needed.
  • Roll the dough thin. Thick rounds are what stay doughy in the center.
  • Pre-cook raw meat and pat wet vegetables dry before using them as toppings.
  • Basket models run hotter than oven models. Check at 4 minutes on your first batch.
  • Oven method: pre-cook crusts at 375°F for 6 minutes, flip and top, bake 7–8 minutes more.
