Air Fryer Berry Cobbler
Description
This is one of my favorite desserts in the air fryer. It's a cross between a crumble and a cake. It is a great air fryer berry cobbler that uses my favorite berries, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries, for one great dessert.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh blackberries, washed and dried
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries, washed and dried
- 3/4 cup fresh blueberries, washed and dried
- 3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup butter, salted, melted and cooled
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
Optional topping – 1 cup vanilla ice cream & fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting.
- Grease six 4-ounce ramekins.
- Add berries and granulated sugar to the mixing bowl and toss until coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar, and milk until well combined.
- Add ¼ cup batter to each ramekin.
- Add heaping ¼ cup berries to each ramekin.
- Add oats to the remaining batter and mix.
- Top ramekins with two tablespoons oat mixture.
- Place in air fryer basket *You may need to do more than one batch*
- Cook for 15 minutes, then remove from the air fryer basket.
- Allow to cool slightly, then top with optional ice cream and mint leaves before serving.
- Plate, serve, and enjoy!
