In a small bowl, add your sweet paprika, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and dried mustard powder.
In another small bowl or cup, add your egg white, and using a fork, whisk until the egg white is frothy.
Pour your pecan halves, honey roasted peanuts and almonds to a large bowl, and then pour the egg white in. Mix well, coating all of the nuts.
Pour the spice mixture on top, coating all of the nuts.
Spread the covered nuts into the air fryer basket, and set the tempura to 315 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 8 to 10 minutes. Shaking frequently.
