Ingredients 

  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teapson cayenne pepper, (less if you want less spice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon  dried mustard powder
  • 1 1/2 cup pecan halves
  • 1 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 large egg white

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add your sweet paprika, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and dried mustard powder.
  • In another small bowl or cup, add your egg white, and using a fork, whisk until the egg white is frothy.
  • Pour your pecan halves, honey roasted peanuts and almonds to a large bowl, and then pour the egg white in. Mix well, coating all of the nuts.
  • Pour the spice mixture on top, coating all of the nuts.
  • Spread the covered nuts into the air fryer basket, and set the tempura to 315 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 8 to 10 minutes. Shaking frequently.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
