Description

A ten-minute single-serve banoffee pie made entirely in the air fryer. Buttery graham cracker crust, warm caramelized banana slices, dulce de leche, and whipped cream — no oven and no chilling required.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs, or crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1 large banana, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce or dulce de leche
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 2–3 minutes. Lightly spray the ramekin.
  • Pour the melted butter into the ramekin. Add the graham cracker crumbs and stir until fully coated.
  • Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and halfway up the sides of the ramekin.
  • Arrange the banana slices in an even layer over the crust.
  • Drizzle the caramel sauce or dulce de leche evenly over the bananas. Add a pinch of flaky salt if using.
  • Air fry at 300°F (150°C) for 3–5 minutes, until the caramel bubbles at the edges and the bananas have softened.
  • Rest 2 minutes. Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and extra banana slices. Serve warm.

Equipment

  • Cooking Spray
  • Ramekin, any size, must be oven safe

Notes

Basket-style air fryers cook hotter — start checking at 3 minutes. Do not use fully brown bananas; they turn to mush. The crust can be pressed and refrigerated up to 2 days ahead.
