Description

Soft, sweet, and ready in under 30 minutes — these air fryer banana scones are an easy breakfast treat made with banana muffin mix, butter, and sour cream, finished with a simple glaze.

Ingredients 

Banana Scones:

  • 2 packages banana muffin mix
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream

Icing:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk, or maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the banana muffin mix, flour, butter, and sour cream until well combined.
  • Press the dough firmly into a greased scone mold, pressing the edges in to shape.
  • Place the mold in the air fryer basket or oven tray and cook at 320°F for 12–15 minutes, until set and golden.
  • Whisk the powdered sugar with milk or maple syrup until smooth.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the warm scones right before serving.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
