Soft, sweet, and ready in under 30 minutes — these air fryer banana scones are an easy breakfast treat made with banana muffin mix, butter, and sour cream, finished with a simple glaze.
Ingredients
Banana Scones:
2packagesbanana muffin mix
½cupall-purpose flour
¼cupbutter, softened
½cupsour cream
Icing:
1cuppowdered sugar
2tablespoonsmilk, or maple syrup
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, blend the banana muffin mix, flour, butter, and sour cream until well combined.
Press the dough firmly into a greased scone mold, pressing the edges in to shape.
Place the mold in the air fryer basket or oven tray and cook at 320°F for 12–15 minutes, until set and golden.
Whisk the powdered sugar with milk or maple syrup until smooth.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm scones right before serving.
