Air Fryer Baked Vanilla Donuts is such an easy and delicious breakfast that you can make in minutes!
Ingredients
Donuts:
1 3/4cupsall-purpose flour
1 1/4cupsgranulated sugar
1teaspoonbaking powder
1largeegg
1cupwhole milk
1tablespoonvegetable oil
1tablespoonvanilla bean paste
Vanilla Glaze:
1cuppowdered sugar
1-2tablespoonsmilk
Instructions
Grease 12 standard doughnut pans with nonstick baking spray and set them aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
Add the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla bean paste and whisk to combine. Stir just until no large lumps of flour remain-- you don’t want to overmix!
Divide the mixture between the prepared pans (about ¼ cup per doughnut).
Place the pan into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, and air fry the doughnuts for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Transfer the doughnuts to a wire rack to cool.
Make the icing by mixing the powdered sugar with the milk.
Drizzle or dip the donuts into the icing, add some sprinkles (if desired)
