1poundRusset Potatoes, sliced into quarters
1poundbacon
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonGarlic & Herb Seasoning, I used Mrs. Dash
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
Start by cutting the 1 pound Russet Potatoes into quarters using a sharp knife. You are looking for about 1 to 2-inch pieces.
Add your potatoes, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon Garlic & Herb Seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper in a large bowl. Coat the potatoes, and then wrap the 1 pound bacon around each potato.
Set the wrapped potatoes into the into the air fryer, spacing them out, set the air fryer temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set cook time for 12-15 minutes.
