Description

Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Pineapples are the perfect blend of sweet and savory, made with juicy pineapple chunks wrapped in crispy bacon. This quick and easy appetizer is ideal for parties, potlucks, or even a fun side dish. Ready in minutes, they’re a flavorful crowd-pleaser everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon, sliced in half
  • 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

Instructions

  • Start by cutting your bacon in half so it fits in the Air Fryer Basket. Set the temperature to 390 degrees F, air fryer setting, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • While the bacon is cooking, mix the ketchup, honey, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl. Transfer to a small saucepan, and simmer, until thickened (about 8 to 10 minutes)
  • Then roll your bacon around the pineapple chunk, use a toothpick to secure them together. Brush with your sauce, air fry for another 3 to 5 minutes, until the bacon is crispy!
