Air fryer bacon wrapped pineapple bites: juicy pineapple wrapped in crispy bacon with a sweet honey-sriracha glaze. Ready in 25 minutes and easy to make ahead.
Ingredients
24pineapple chunks, 1-inch (about ½ medium pineapple or one 20-oz can, drained and dried)
12strips regular-cut bacon, halved crosswise
2tbspketchup
2tbsphoney
1tspWorcestershire sauce
1tspsoy sauce
¼tspground ginger
½tspsriracha, or to taste
Instructions
Soak 24 wooden toothpicks in water for 15 minutes.
Air fry the halved bacon at 390°F for 5 minutes. It should still bend.
Meanwhile, whisk the glaze ingredients and simmer over medium-low heat for 8–10 minutes until slightly thickened.
Pat the pineapple dry. Wrap each chunk with a bacon piece and secure with a toothpick.
Brush with glaze. Air fry in a single layer at 390°F for 3–5 minutes, until the bacon is deep golden and crisp. Repeat with remaining bites.
Thick-cut bacon needs 2–3 extra minutes per stage. For the brown sugar version, skip the glaze and roll the pineapple in 2 tbsp brown sugar before wrapping. Nutrition is unchanged from the current card if you keep the same yield of 6 servings.
