Ingredients
2boneless, skinless chicken breasts, (about 6–8 oz each)
6stripsbacon, regular-cut, not thick-cut
1tablespoonolive oil
1/2teaspoonsalt, adjust to taste
1/4teaspoonblack pepper, adjust to taste
1/2teaspoongarlic powder, optional
1/2teaspoonpaprika, optional
1sprigsfresh rosemary or thyme, optional
Instructions
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub lightly with olive oil, then season all over with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Lay 3 bacon strips side by side and set a chicken breast on top. Wrap the bacon snugly around the breast, overlapping slightly to cover the surface. Secure loose ends with toothpicks if needed.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Place the wrapped breasts seam-side down in the basket, leaving space between them. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through.
The chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the bacon is crisp.
