Description

Air fryer apple pie cups made with just two ingredients — refrigerated cinnamon rolls and apple pie filling — baked in a muffin tin until golden and gooey. A warm, easy dessert ready in under 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 8 count refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing, 1 can
  • 1/2 cup apple pie filling, diced

Instructions

  • Separate the cinnamon rolls and flatten each one with a rolling pin. Set the icing aside.
  • Spray a basket-safe muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Press one flattened roll into each cavity, using the back of a spoon to form a well in the center.
  • Spoon about 1 tablespoon of apple pie filling into each well.
  • Air fry at 330°F for 5–7 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Check at 5 minutes.
  • Remove the muffin tin, let cool slightly, then drizzle with the reserved icing. Serve warm.

Equipment

  • Muffin tin or muffin pan (basket-safe)
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray
  • Rolling Pin

Notes

  • Oven option: bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes.
  • Don't overfill — about 1 tablespoon of filling per cup.
  • For a thicker glaze, whisk 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 1–2 tsp milk and a splash of vanilla.
  • Store airtight up to 2 days at room temperature or 4 days refrigerated; reheat at 320°F for 2–3 minutes.
