Description

Air Fryer Almond Crusted Cod is crispy, golden, and tender inside. Quick, healthy, and packed with flavor, this easy seafood recipe is perfect for weeknight dinners or a protein-packed meal.

Ingredients 

  • 2 to 4 Cod Fillets,
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Panko,
  • 2 Eggs,
  • 1 cup Ground Almonds,
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese,
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt,
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley,

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the 2 Eggs, 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper,1 teaspoon Kosher salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon Garlic Pepper, and 1 teaspoon Parsley.
  • Then in another bowl, add the 1 cup Ground Almonds, 1/2 cup Panko, and 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese mix well.
  • Coat the cod fillets with 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, then dip the 2 to 4 Cod Fillets into the egg mixture and then into the almond mixture.
  • Set the breaded cod into the air fryer basket, set the air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set cook time for 8-10 minutes.
