This easy Air Fryer 7-Up Cake is moist, light, and bursting with lemon-lime flavor — and it's made with just 5 simple ingredients and a box of yellow cake mix. Baked in a Bundt pan, it comes out perfectly tender every time, no oven required.
Ingredients
15.25ouncesyellow cake mix, 1 box
4ouncesinstant lemon pudding mix
¾cup7-Up soda
4largeeggs
¾cupvegetable oil
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, instant lemon pudding, 7-Up, eggs, and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth, scraping down the sides so everything is fully incorporated.
Generously spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray, getting into all the grooves. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Set the pan into the air fryer and bake at 320°F for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Tent with foil if the top browns too quickly.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely before glazing or serving.
