Ingredients 

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1.5 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
