Description

There is nothing better for quick lunch or dinner than a traditional Air Fryer Seafood Boil. Today, I added shrimp, lobster, and corn cooked up in a traditional butter sauce.

Ingredients 

  • 1 fresh Corn of Cob, Cut in Half
  • 1/2 pound fresh shrimp, or frozen
  • 2 Lobster tails, cut in half (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning or Cajun

Instructions

  • Add your seafood boil into the Air Fryer Basket, along with the butter and seasonings.
  • Set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting for 8 to 10 minutes. The key is to shake the basket frequently during the cooking process.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
