Description

This is a really easy salmon dish prepared with a few key ingredients and produces a great sauce for your salmon.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by making the sauce, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, garlic salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
  • Pour the sauce over the salmon.
  • Place the salmon in your air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray.
  • Set the tray or basket in the air fryer, and set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, check on the salmon. It's effortless to overcook salmon, so as soon as it is flaky, remove it. I added another 2 minutes.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
