Air Fryer Salmon with Whole-Grain Mustard

Description

I love a quick salmon dish, especially with lots of flavors, so my entire family eats the same meal. This one is made with a few quick pantry items.

Ingredients 

  • 4 salmon fillets, about 4 ounces each
  • 1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced chives
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Place the salmon in your air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray.
  • Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, mix the whole grain mustard olive oil, and chives. Spread over the salmon.
  • Set the tray or basket in the air fryer, and set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, check on the salmon, it's really easy to overcook salmon, so as soon as it is flaky, remove. I added another 2 minutes.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
