I love a quick salmon dish, especially with lots of flavors, so my entire family eats the same meal. This one is made with a few quick pantry items.
Ingredients
4salmon fillets, about 4 ounces each
1/2cupwhole-grain mustard
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonminced chives
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon in your air fryer basket or on the air fryer tray.
Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, mix the whole grain mustard olive oil, and chives. Spread over the salmon.
Set the tray or basket in the air fryer, and set the temperature to 400 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, check on the salmon, it's really easy to overcook salmon, so as soon as it is flaky, remove. I added another 2 minutes.
