Ingredients
15ouncespineapple, crushed, canned or fresh
1/4cupcoconut milk, or water
1teaspoongranulated sugar, optional
2tablespooncoconut, shredded, for serving
Instructions
Add the ingredient to the pint container, and mix well. Add the pint container lid on top, and place into the freezer. And freeze for 24 hours.
Remove the pint container from the freezer, and remove the lid. Place the container on the counter for 5-10 minutes or until softened. Then place the pint container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami Machine.
Press the Sorbet setting and allow for the Sorbet to process.
Remove the pint container from the machine, transfer it to the ice cream plate, and garnish with shredded coconut.
