Description

Today, I am giving you such a great and easy summertime recipe. Today here is my recipe for Blackstone Beef Kabob.

Ingredients

For the marinade:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, (such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the kebabs:

  • 1 1/2 pounds beef steak, (such as sirloin, ribeye, or tenderloin), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 large green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 large red onion, diced
  • Optional: Cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, or any other vegetables you prefer

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the marinade. Combine the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk the ingredients together until well combined, creating a flavorful marinade for the steak.
  • Place the beef steak cubes in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, ensuring all the pieces are well coated.
  • Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. This marinating process allows the flavors to meld and the steak to become tender and infused with the delicious marinade.
  • Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat, ensuring it reaches the desired temperature before grilling the kebabs. Thread the marinated beef steak cubes onto the skewers, alternating with the bell peppers, onions, and any other vegetables you choose to include. This arrangement provides a beautiful combination of colors and flavors on each kebab.
  • Lightly oil the griddle surface to prevent sticking. Carefully place the assembled kebabs on the hot griddle, ensuring enough space between them for cooking.
  • Grill the kebabs for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning them occasionally to ensure even cooking on all sides. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the steak cubes and your preferred level of doneness. Aim for medium-rare to medium for juicy and tender results, adjusting the cooking time accordingly.
  • Once the steak is cooked to your desired level, remove the kebabs from the griddle and allow them to rest for a few minutes. This resting period allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring optimal tenderness and flavor.
