Description

This is such an easy way to make perfect Air Fried Air Fryer Crispy Spinach & Ricotta Fried Tortellini. Filled with so much flavor and make for a great and easy appetizer or light lunch.

Ingredients 

  • 9 ounces tortellini, Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Tortellini
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, soak Tortellini in boiling water for 5 mins, till soft, then drain.
  • In a medium shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • Dip each tortellini first in beaten eggs, shake the excess egg off, and then completely coat the tortellini in the breadcrumb mix.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F, air fryer setting.
  • Spray the basket with cooking spray.
  • Put coated tortellini into the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 mins, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm with your favorite tomato sauce/dip.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
