Air Fryer Italian Stuffed Mushrooms -- Have you ever had an Italian stuffed mushroom? These are my new favorite appetizer, and I think you will love them too! They are so easy to make with just a few ingredients. You can serve these as a main course or appetizer for your holiday gathering.
Ingredients
1/2cupItalian Bread crumbs
1/2cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2teaspoongarlic, minced
2tablespoonsparsley, diced
1/3cupolive oil
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
25white mushrooms
Instructions
Mix the bread crumbs, grated cheese, minced garlic, parsley, olive oil, and salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Destem the mushroom, and then scoop the filling into the mushroom cap. Place them on a greased air fryer basket or an air fryer tray as you make them.
Spray them generously with olive oil, set the temperature to 340 degrees F, air fryer setting, and set cooking time for 5 to 8 minutes.
