Description

This is a really healthy choice for grain to go with the meal, it is packed with protein, and you can eat it plain or toss it with other ingredients and prepare a salad, or soup, or just an amazing side dish with a few herbs. Today, I made a basic farro dish.

Ingredients 

  • 1 1/2 cup Farro
  • 2 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add the water and farro to the Instant Pot bowl.
  • Add the lid, and place the vent in the sealing position.
  • Set the manual high pressure for 7 minutes.
  • When the time is up, let's release until L07 is displayed, then do a quick release.
  • Plate, serve and enjoy!
