Description

There is no better salsa than a homemade Pineapple Salsa! This is a great and healthy salsa which only needs a few ingredients. But it packs a lot of flavors!

Ingredients 

  • 1 pineapple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh parsley-- chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir together gently Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
