Description

There is nothing better than a fresh and delicious mango salsa. This goes so well with a great number of foods or just a huge plate of tortilla chips.

Ingredients 

  • 2 mango, diced
  • 2 tablespoons  fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients and stir together gently. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
