  • 4 ears corn
  • 2 teaspoons butter, unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Optional toppings: You can also prepare additional toppings like grated Parmesan cheese, chopped herbs (such as parsley or cilantro), or chili powder for added flavor.

    Instructions

    • Preheat the grill by selecting the Grill function and setting the temperature to 400 degrees F (200°C). Allow the grill to preheat for a few minutes.
    • Remove the husks and silks from the corn, removing all the fine silk strands. Rinse the corn under water to clean it thoroughly. Brush the corn with melted butter or olive oil to add flavor and prevent sticking. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
    • Place the seasoned corn directly on the grill grate or in the air-crisp lid of the Ninja Foodi Grill. Close the lid and cook for 10-12 minutes, occasionally turning the corn to ensure even cooking. The corn should be tender and slightly charred.
