Description

Air Fryer Wingstop Cajun Fried Corn -- Are you looking for a unique snack with a flavor punch? Look no further! Air fryer Wingstop Cajun Fried Corn is the perfect snack to satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears fresh corn, husked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons oil, (like canola or olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200°C).
  • Cut each ear of corn into four pieces. Combine the corn pieces, oil, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Toss until the corn is fully coated. Place corn pieces into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer and not overcrowded.
  • Cook the corn for about 10-15 minutes, or until it's tender and slightly charred, shaking the basket halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
  • Once the corn is cooked, carefully remove it from the air fryer and place it back into the bowl. Add the melted butter and toss until the corn is fully coated. Season with salt to taste, if needed. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if using, and serve warm.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer,
  • Cooking Spray
  • Parchment Paper, optional
