Add the gluten-free flour and baking powder to a large mixing bowl, then slowly fold in the Greek yogurt. Mix well until a dough is formed.
Transfer the dough to a flat surface or cutting board and knead for a few minutes. Then dived, the dough into four equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball, then form a hole in the center to create the bagel shape. Smooth out any rough edges.
Place the shaped bagels into the air fryer basket, leaving space between them. You may need to cook them in multiple batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook the bagels in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 12-15 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Flip them halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
Spray the bagels with cooking spray or brush with egg white, and then add everything but the bagel seasoning and air fyr for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the bagels from the air fryer and let them cool on a wire rack.
Slice the bagels in half horizontally and enjoy them as is or toasted. You can serve them with your favorite spreads, such as cream cheese, butter, or jam.
