Notes
Air Fryer Pizookie Tips:
You will really need to line the basket with either parchment paper or a reusable silicone liner. Either will work.
This recipe will work in either an Air Fryer Basket or Oven Model. You can also cook up this recipe in the Ninja Foodi, Instant Pot Vortex, Instant Pot Crips Lid, and Mealthy Lid. The recipe will remain the same. The cooking time will vary.
You do not need to preheat your air fryer before adding the dough. Cookie dough tends to cook more evenly with a cold air fryer.
Remember to cook until the entire cookie is cooked. Since each air fryer is slightly different, continue to bake (air fry) until it's cooked all the way through.
I love to serve it with ¼ cup warm apple pie filling and a large scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
