Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees. F, air fryer setting.
In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, chia seeds, salt, and spices.
Add in the eggs, cream, melted butter, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Add the frozen cherries, mix well
Split the mixture equally between 4 ramekins.
Place into the air fryer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
If using ramekins, divide into equal portions.
Very carefully remove from the air fryer and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Serve with a little drizzle of maple syrup, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
