Air Fryer Baked Vanilla Donuts is such an easy and delicious breakfast that you can make in minutes!

Ingredients 

Donuts:

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste

Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  • Grease 12 standard doughnut pans with nonstick baking spray and set them aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Whisk to combine.
  • Add the egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla bean paste and whisk to combine. Stir just until no large lumps of flour remain-- you don’t want to overmix!
  • Divide the mixture between the prepared pans (about ¼ cup per doughnut).
  • Place the pan into the air fryer basket, and set the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, and air fry the doughnuts for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Transfer the doughnuts to a wire rack to cool.
  • Make the icing by mixing the powdered sugar with the milk.
  • Drizzle or dip the donuts into the icing, add some sprinkles (if desired)
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

To make the glaze, whisk together 1 cup of powdered sugar with 1-2 tablespoons of milk, depending on how thick you’d
