Description

Air Fryer Sausage and Egg Bite Cups (Keto and Low-Carb) move over Starbucks. These are the perfect low-carb and KETO-friendly breakfast. This is my take on the famous Starbucks sous vide egg bites. Made in the air fryer in less than 10 minutes!!

Ingredients 

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup white onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup ground sausage, cooked

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt, and black pepper, and add in the onions, bell peppers, ground sausages, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
  • Spray your muffin cups or silicone molds with non-stick cooking spray, and then pour the egg mixture in, filling about 2/3 way full. Set them into the air fryer for 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 6-9 minutes.
