Ingredients 

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablepoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 330 degrees F (165°C) for 3-5 minutes. In a mixing bowl, whisk the sugar, brown sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Add in the melted butter, water, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips if using.
  • Grease a thin baking dish or brownie pan with cooking spray or oil. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • Place the baking dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the brownies from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
  • Drizzle some chocolate chips and chocolate sauce over the top of the brownies.
  • Plate, serve, and enjoy!
